About Community Stuff from Pub Stuff

Community Stuff is a scheme devised and managed by Pub Stuff Ltd. We are a leading provider of quality contract furniture to sports clubs, hotels, restaurants, café’s, bars and pubs throughout the hospitality and leisure industry.

The scope of the scheme is to provide a well-structured and focussed initiative to support community oriented organisations with the provision of quality, durable, attractive contract furniture to meet their needs when creating meeting points for community support projects.



Grants will be provided in the form of pub furniture rather than via cash grants. The range of furniture may include bar, café, restaurant and pub dining tables and chairs, high and low button stools, poseur tables, tub chairs and pub sofas and a selection from the outdoor furniture range. Pub Stuff reserves the right to vary the range available depending on commercial business demand.

Applicants should complete the  ‘Community Stuff’ application form. The form will require full contact /delivery details and a registered charity/social enterprise number. Only one claim per annum may be made against any individual registered charity/social enterprise number.

Applicants will need to provide details of the community cause and how the furniture will be used together with a commitment to provide photographs once the furniture has been delivered and put in place.

Grants for furniture from Pub Stuff are more likely to be awarded where the furniture will be used to engage groups benefitting from the community/not for profit organisation.

Awards are made on the individual merit of the application and vary in size from project to project at our discretion.

In order to publicise the scheme, we reserve the right to refer to any community/not for profit organisation that has benefited from the ‘Community Stuff’ scheme via our website, social media platforms and in any relevant media coverage.

Applications will be dealt with on a “first come first served” basis although the budget and scheme is designed to deal with requests received throughout the year.

Timescales for review of every application can be up to 14 days and delivery of furniture is provided free of charge and within our normal delivery schedules – details available on
