FAQ
How do I care for my wooden furniture?
All Pub Stuff wooden products are made from sustainable wood.
We use solid wood rather than veneer to increase durability. Wood is a natural product and will have unique grains and markings.
Humidity causes wood to expand and contract, which is normal, but may cause the bolts and screws to become loose. To tighten them, hold the product firmly and do not over-tighten.
Some sanitisers will quickly damage your furniture. To lengthen the life of your furniture, only wipe with soapy water and follow up with a wood polish.
Do not place hot items directly onto your table tops.
If it’s too hot to hold, it’s too hot for the table.
If you need to move your tables, do not drag them across the floor. Dragging will break your tables and Pub Stuff is not liable for any damage caused.
Tables must be lifted evenly. Poseur tables should be lifted by the pedestal, not the top.
Do you offer part exchange for my existing pub furniture?
No, we do not offer a part exchange.
What are the delivery times for my order?
We're currently working to a 4-5 week timeframe.
Do you have a showroom that I can visit?
Yes, you can visit our showroom in Cropredy, Banbury in Oxfordshire between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday to see our range of new contract furniture.
Are your prices excluding VAT?
All prices quoted on our website our excluding VAT and delivery. These will be added at checkout.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we are able to deliver anywhere in the mainland UK for a charge.
We use our own vans and drivers to make our deliveries. We occasionally use pallets and parcel carriers but our sales team will provide details where this is relevant.
Delivery timeframes can vary depending on how busy we are and when product shipments come in. We can sometimes offer specific days and be flexible with delivery dates depending on circumstances but this is subject to availability.
We will call you a couple of days before the delivery to provide you with a date and approximate time for the delivery. In addition to this, the driver will call one hour before. (Please note that the driver will try their best to be as
accurate as possible where this is the case).
The vehicles are manned by one person and they are able to unload within a reasonable distance from the vehicle. In order to keep delivery costs to a minimum, the standard delivery process is to send one person, therefore they may ask for assistance with larger items. If this is not possible, please ask for a quote for a two person team at point of enquiry/sale.
What happens if my new furniture is damaged when I receive it?
On the rare occasion that furniture is delivered and is damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
If we're not notified within 2 days, Pub Stuff Ltd is no longer liable.
See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can I return an item?
All Pub Stuff items are made to order and are
therefore non-returnable.
This does not affect your statutory rights
