Grandma Glamour

Grandma

There’s something about grandma’s house that makes us feel so cosy. The floral prints, cross-stitched décor, and decorative furniture create a soothing atmosphere that brings us back to the good old days. Considering the challenges we’ve been living through, it’s no surprise that more people are gravitating towards design styles that promote a sense of comfort and nostalgia. Granny chic is based on "more is more", layered floral patterns and prints on textiles and walls are a must! Our favourite grannies do not let go of stuff. Much-loved, frames, family heirlooms, with modern touches, patterned textile, and flea market finds, the culmination of all these pieces create a familiar atmosphere to retreat to and relax.

Granny Glamour puts the hospitable into hospitality.

Recent Projects

LOOKAT1This stunning new Brasserie, having opened just two months ago is set in an old butchers shop. With stunning period decor that has been sympathetically updated, this client needed some furniture for their new venue and we were delighted to help. They wanted to keep things period but with a modern and vibrant twist. Two-tone design Banbury dining chairs were used, new Imbali Peacock backs and Saddle Clay/Harbour seats offered design with the practicality of wipe clean interiors. These were put with Milan Dining Tables to give that modern edge but equally fitting into this traditional vintage setting. For more inspiration head over to our recent project pages.
